*yawn*So tired.
T. and I went swimming Saturday night, we haven't done that in quite a long while. At the end of last summer and into fall we used to go out twice a week to do lap swim at this high school. Then they changed the lap swim hours and we haven't been back. Right now, I feel like I fell on my ass really hard. Clearly, my kicking muscles need a better workout. This winter has been all about going to the gym with dedication for a short period of time and then all of a sudden realizing we haven't been for weeks.
The past two years I've been trying to exercise for health and strength without any real goals in mind. I've changed my diet quite a bit but I haven't yet
gone on a diet. I think this year, I'd like to be a bit more focused on gaining strength and losing a few more pounds (specifically, ten). This may be a bit difficult with some upcoming life changes but I'm just going to ignore all that and start anyway. This is one of my non-resolution resolutions.
Off to knock a few things off my huge checklist for the day.
